This is important. Please read carefully.
The customer has the right to cancel this contract for no reason at all and without penalty but not if the item is bespoke or made specifically for the customer.
If the customer wishes to cancel this contract, they should write to ECCO, 3 Grooms Buildings, Pool Road, Newtown, Powys, SY16 1DL. To cancel this contract the customer must give us notice in writing within 7 working days, starting on the day after the customer receive the goods. The customer may send this notice by post, fax or e-mail, or deliver it by hand.
If the customer chooses to cancel, then we shall refund the total amount of money paid by the customer for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if applicable, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive notice of cancellation in writing from the customer. This refund will not include any delivery charges the customer paid for included in the cost of the goods nor the cost of returning the goods to us if the customer chooses to cancel.
If the customer chooses to cancel, we would remind the customer that there is a legal requirement for them to retain possession and take good care of the goods until they have returned them to us. The customer must return the goods to us at the customers cost and risk to the relevant address above and we advise the customer to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. We would also advise the customer to use a courier or Special Delivery post if the customer is unable to deliver the goods personally. If the customer has not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from the customer at the customers cost.
